A couple mornings ago, I felt a scratch on the back of my neck, diagonal and over two inches long. It's almost done healing, but I'm still baffled by its mysterious appearance. I hate injuries I can't explain.
All my life I've bruised easily and unexplainably. I will wake up quite often with "mystery bruises." After my first day at the new job Monday, I had a big, weird bruise on my right leg, one on my stomach, and another tiny one on my left hand. Weird, weird, weird.
Exactly! I get the mystery bruises too. Some years ago I badly injured my knee and the cause is still only a guess- I think it's all due to the time delay between the cause and the evidence of the injury. Grrr.

ReplyDeleteSo you're not both just sleepwalking...? No, I see that would be hard doing at work, especially first day...
ReplyDeletePerhaps we're talking parallel universe - ?
No evidence of sleepwalking for me either... I like the parallel universe idea. Makes it possible I'm having some adventurous other life.
