I did have to click on the Trade Wars link. That sounds like fun... for the 80s! :)
ReplyDeleteIt was! I actually miss it. I played with other people but the universe was vast, so it was possible not to run into them. I liked drawing my own map of the universe for reference as I discovered new resources and obstacles, and I liked that I didn't have to kill anyone to win, just accumulate more wealth than them. You could also only log in to play once a day so it kept it from being a crazy time suck.
