The process of filling a 120 page sketchbook by year's end continues:
This was the sketch that made me think about picking up a few heavy drawing pencils as the basic #2 wasn't giving me the depth of black I wanted. Eventually picked up a set of B through 6B for a couple bucks and now, many sketches down the line, I find myself wanting the corresponding Hs for lighter precise line work. Guess I'll see if there was a Michael's flyer this week. (They regularly put out coupons for 40% or 50% off 1 item, so it'd be silly to pay full price.)
