Life of Art SitRep #432 Black White Checkered Monogram and Floral Birthday Invitations

A mixed week with a classic checkered pattern featuring a monogram, birthday invitations featuring one of my photographs, education, and a few other odds and ends.

Created Black and White Checkered Monogram Home Decor and Gifts which I put in a collection:


Also created a Stay In Touch Elegant Black Script Minimal Business Card to help graduates stay connected with friends and family:

At long last, I edited one of my hibiscus flower photographs and incorporated it on birthday invitations, gift wrap, and an iPhone case:

Watched Utilizing Adobe® Stock®: From Shoot to Sale with Mat Hayward. Lots of really helpful insights for submitting stock to Adobe.

Life of Art SitRep #431 Birthday Invites, Business Cards, and Home Decor

There's been a fair amount of mulling this week which is hard to quantify. Designs considered, rejected, modified, scribbled sketches on little pieces of paper. But on to more tangible things.

I started off by creating a Script Class of [YEAR] Photo Graduation Invitation:

Then some business cards:

A few birthday invitations and a birthday card:

And started creating some monogrammed black and white checkered pattern home decor:

Spring Sightings

Two days ago the light changed this year. The fresh spring leaves had unfurled just enough to change the quality of sun. It looked truly golden out, almost thickly so the sun perhaps illuminating water droplets in the humid air, with a hint of gentle blue sky to the left of the sunlit clouds.

A short while later the sky changed from gold to peach, and then lavender and pink. What a stunning sky to behold!
