Thanksgiving Haiku VIII

This year I'm thankful
my parents voted like me
in the election

Even though results
for the presidency did
not turn out as hoped.

ETA another new haiku 11/25/16:
You guys, I like sweet
potatoes SO much! Butter,
brown sugar, whiskey,

with a marshmallow
crust. They are the tastiest!
You're the best, Mama!

ETA another new haiku 11/27/16:
Life's good when you are
not beholden to consume
stuffing or dressing.

Feel free to share your own Thanksgiving haiku in the comments!

Tasty smells waft through the house
Be thankful and eat.

next door for Thanksgiving. My
neighbors are social.

What's up with mincemeat
pie? No meat? I might like it
if not for its name.

  1. Cool. I'm doing this too. Based on your inspiration, of course! And with credit.
